En el mes de enero de 2010 los compañeros del grupo Capoeira Angola -Fundo do Quintal, se acercaron a nuestro MTD en la villa 20 de lugano con la propuesta de compartir un pryecto: traer el capoeira al barrio.

Luego de algunas charlas de planificación y un trabajo conjunto logramos poner las ideas en marcha para volverlas realidad.una vez al mes hombres, mujeres , niños y ancianos nos juntamos en el comedor del MTD, en el pasillo o en la plaza de la villa para aprender con el cuerpo y las ganas una disciplina que integra el baile, el canto, la defensa personal y el conocimiento del cuerpo.

El capoeira surgio en las comunidades afro que vivian en Brasil en tiempos de esclavitud. La necesidad de mantener la dignidad y esperanza, la comunicación con el otro, de defenderse de quienes los oprimian y los explotaban era fundamental para su supervivncia.

los tiempos cambian y las formas de opresion tambien, pero los pueblos oprimidos siempre resisten y por ese motivo el capoeira tiene tanta vigencia hoy como ayer.

El movimiento de Vecinos en Lucha es un movimiento territorial ubicado en San Martín Sur, Rosario, que surgió hacia finales del 2008 a causa de los grandes problemas del barrio y sus habitantes. Nos organizamos a partir de una asamblea semanal y espacios complementarios de formación, género y emprendimientos productivos. El movimiento es totalmente independiente de cualquier partido político, de la Iglesia, ONGs, y el Estado. Nos organizamos desde abajo, a través de la lucha, sin jefes y con autonomía.

Nuestro movimiento es el lugar en donde decidimos juntarnos para organizar la pelea por nuestros derechos. En el año 2002 empezamos a organizarnos para buscar una respuesta a la crisis que nos dejó sin trabajo. Hoy en día seguimos viendo la injusticia a nuestro alrededor y apostamos más que nunca a seguir construyendo nuestro movimiento para cambiar la situación.

MTD Lucha y Libertad - Lugano

8 de Marzo, día de las mujeres en la Villa 20, Lugano

Para este 8 de marzo, desde el Espacio de Mujeres del MTD Lucha y Libertad de la Villa 20 Lugano, impulsamos una actividad pública, callejera y llena de colores. Con la compañía de l@s compañer@s del Centro social Desde Abajo (San Cristóbal) y del movimiento Arriban l@s que luchan (Alsina), nuestr@s niñ@s y de quienes se quisieron sumar, nos instalamos en la feria que se hace todos los sábados a mostrar y compartir nuestra lucha como Mujeres.
Volanteamos, conversamos con l@s vecin@s, invitamos a las mujeres que se acercaban interesadas a venir a nuestro espacio… también hicimos feria de ropa y comida mediante la cual recolectamos dinero para auto-financiar nuestros actividades.
Por unas horas y en colores fuertes se leían nuestras consignas en la calle: “si te insulta no te quiere, si te pega no te quedes”; “igualdad de géneros ya”, “¿sabés cuáles son nuestros derechos como mujeres?”, de esta manera sumamos nuestro grano de arena en la lucha contra la violencia hacia las mujeres, la desnaturalización de los roles impuestos y los mandatos dados, etc. Con la consigna “Trae tu remera y llevate un stencil” las compañeras se apropiaron de la mesa stencilera y, aerosol en mano, estamparon “el machismo es violencia”, “mujeres despertando”, “el patriarcado es violencia” “el maltrato es violencia”.
Como cierre de la actividad leímos entre todas el material que hicimos para ese día y recordamos a las compañeras caídas en la lucha “ahora y siempre”.
Seguras de que nuestra Revolución no tiene vuelta atrás, anotamos nuestros sueños para el futuro: “que se acabe la violencia hacia las mujeres, salir adelante y seguir luchando”.

Rosario: contundente jornada en reclamo por cooperativas sin punteros

En el dia de ayer, lunes 7 de diciembre, varias organizaciones sociales cortaron tres accesos a la ciudad de Rosario sobre la ruta 33 y las autopistas a Santa Fe y Buenos Aires. El motivo del reclamo fue el de exigirle al Gobierno Nacional la inclusión en puestos de trabajo en cooperativas, en relación al anuncio del "Plan Argentina Trabaja". Según un comunicado de prensa firmado por las organizaciones, "la promesa de que adquiera alcance nacional el año próximo (en una primera etapa se ejecuta en el Gran Buenos Aires) no es oportunamente acompañada de plazos, precisiones, compromisos que brinden algún grado de certeza a la hora de saber si nuestras/os compañeras/os van a ser tenidas en cuenta; ni tan siquiera se garantiza que fehacientemente se ejecutará dicho Plan en nuestra ciudad.
